Grilled Mushrooms is a great addition to any campfire cookout or among friends when grilling on your Plug N Play Fire Pit. This recipe is easy to make and can be spicy or mild for all types of taste.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 pound medium fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

    VARIATIONS

If you want to add more spice to your grilled mushrooms, replace the dill weed with either of these following ingredients or add that extra flame and use both.

    1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
    1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

      DIRECTIONS

      1. Place ingredients in a bowl, stir until butter is blended with ingredients.
      2. Place mushrooms in the bowl and using a brush or spoon, coat the mushrooms.
      3. Using a Crank-Eze, Reach N Roll Campfire Roaster, Fire Fishing Pole, place the mushrooms evenly and make sure the whole mushroom is skewed. The mushroom will expand while cooking.
      4. If you’re grilling using the Plug N Play Grill or Slide Grill, lay the mushrooms directly on the grill.
      5. Cook the mushrooms for about 10-15 minutes or until tender. Make sure to rotate or flip the mushrooms half-way through grilling to make sure the mushroom is evenly cooked.
