Grilled Stuffed Jalapenos is a perfect spicy addition to any cookout on your Plug N Play Fire Pit or family camping adventure. You can prepare and pack them up for camping trips, or just prepare them on a Plug 'N Play Tray Pad just before you begin grilling.

INGREDIENTS

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika or paprika
10 jalapeno peppers

    VARIATIONS

    10 strips of bacon

If you want a little more bang to your Grilled Stuffed Jalapenos, just wrap them in a strip of bacon. Make sure the bacon is completely crisp around the whole Jalapeno before you bite into it.

      DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Cut a lengthwise slit down each pepper, leaving the stem intact; remove membranes and seeds.

Fill each pepper with 1 tablespoon cheese mixture.

(If you're preparing these Grilled Stuffed Jalapenos for a camping trip, stuff the Jalapenos, and place into an air tight container. Store in a cooler until ready to grill.)

If you're using a Slide Grill or Plug N Play Grill, place them evenly on the grill and rotate them occasionally. Grill for about for 8-10 minutes or until jalapenos are tender and the cheese is melted. Serve warm.

When using Crank-Eze, Reach N Roll Campfire Roaster, or Fire Fishing Pole, make sure the whole jalapeno is poked. The jalapeno will expand while it cooks. Make sure both sides are grilled. Once you see the filling start to bubble, your Grilled Stuffed Jalapeno is done.
